A man who cannot be named for legal reasons has been sectioned at an Arizona state mental facility for burying his own faeces in the backyard of his house. It is believed that his activities became apparent by his neighbors when they have on several occasions witness him burying what looked to them like human faeces, and then being given final rites in way of prayer followed by a little wooden cross tombstone.

In a statement by the unnamed suspect, he had the following to provide to local media

“I believe that they had the right to a proper burial. Who are others to judge what can and cannot be buried? It came out of me and I felt it only best that it had a send off. If you think about it, cats bury their faeces in litter, what’s the god damn difference? A prayer? This is ludicrous.

According to local media he is currently being held at a secure facility where they hope that one day he can be brought back into society.
